Beth Waltz's paintings encompass diverse subject matter, including the "Ocular Octaves" series of stained glass trees on canvas. Her work frequently incorporates found objects to create a scene within a scene or to bring the ideas on the canvas into the three-dimensional space of the viewer; other times, poured medium is employed to create otherworldly swirling mists or cellular vistas.
